The Quickening. I keep hearing whispers of a quickening occurring on our planet right now. We’ve sped up with technology and that makes it harder to take in what has just occurred when we can too easily move on to the next thing. But, as best as we can, take that time to really digest and enjoy each present moment.
Christmas is around the corner. And this is the time of magic. Did you know that we are made from stars? Most of what makes us US is star dust. Whenever you feel down look up to the stars and reconnect within. Many people’s hearts are more open during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Yoga is my passion and I am on the lookout for a studio (or two) that resonates with me and my Vinyasa flow classes. I have been teaching twice a week at Fidelity for six years now and this will be ending at the end of 2015. Which Wolf Survives?
I create these newsletters from inspired messages from All That Is/Source/Divine in combination with my own experiences. Often these newsletters are inspired by life events and the very message I share is one I am to take heed myself.
It begins with this paraphrased parable from an old Cherokee Chief teaching his grandson about life: There are two wolves. One wolf is of negativity and fear. The Other Wolf holds energy of positive, inspirational upliftment. Which wolf survives? The answer: The one you feed.
It is your choice which wolf you feed. You can pull yourself up. It truly is your choice. So when you are faced with a challenge, it’s about coming to acceptance of what is happening. Be present with it. Then accept that it is happening. Know it is a lesson and meant to occur and is completely in divine order. Where you are is exactly where you are meant to be (in every moment).
Do you choose drama or peace? You can be at peace and feel love and still care about people and what they are going through. But you do not need to be totally in their experience and take on what they are going through. You help them best being in a powerful and empowering peaceful vibration. Use ArchAngel Michael. Ask for his help to surround you with a shield of love and light, therefore protecting you by uplifting your vibrations. Worry only attracts more experiences of worry. So get your frequency into energies of love, gratitude and peace; therefore attracting more of that to you and around you. Do this beautiful energy frequency visualization around the world as well. Send it love. Visualize white light, purple light, indigo light, God’s golden light. The light that feels uplifting you to today. Fuel love and light and peace. Feed that beautiful wolf to see more of that.
Meditating on this challenge will aid you with the steps to empowerment. Meditate to be present with it. Then meditate on receiving a solution. Just let it come, if it will, come as you sit with the acceptance of the challenge. Then take any action that comes.
Here’s where you can decide to ‘change your fate’. You are the creator of your life! If the Creator/Divine Source Energy/God/Goddess created US, then there is the Creator/Divine Source Energy/God/Goddess within US. Therefore, we are a drop in the ocean. We *are* Creator/Divine Source Energy/ God/Goddess. The knowing “I Am” takes hold here. It has meaning. This means you create your very own destiny and you can change it! By change, I mean TAKE BACK YOUR POWER. You have the power to create anything you desire.
Yes, life happens. But it’s what you do with it that matters. Yes, icky energy comes into our lives…but what are you going to do with it. Energy is just energy. It’s not good. It’s not bad. It just is. What can you learn from what has come into your life? What can you do to become more present, more empowered, more YOU?
It may be that the action you are meant to take is simply to finally become aware of your thoughts and not be so negative. Since thought creates emotions, creating more energy, creating things, people and experience that come into your life that align with the frequencies of that *like* energy. It may be you are drawn to go do something in regard to your personal situation. Perhaps it’s to talk to the person in the situation. Perhaps it’s to do something else entirely.
I was tested recently and realized it was the perfect situation that made me even more hyper alert to the energies around me. It also served as a reminder to get back on and stay on my truest path, which is following my true authentic self (wherever that takes me), instead of doing what others think I “should” do or allowing fear to rule my world. No thank you. I realized my health took a nose dive the more I got off my path. I know, right! I’m great at seeing what others need to do and work with them towards their goals, but I became blind to my very own for a while. And now, I’m back on my path once again and as a sign to affirm this my recent ultrasound shows one of my kidneys is finally free and clear of stones! It’s working! Our health suffers when we don’t align with our true self. It’s about honoring our heart; our soul. As I always say, if we don’t pay attention to the whispers, the screams will follow and rest assured they cannot be as easily ignored.
Things that will assist you once you learn what you should do or should not do that aligns with YOUR inner authentic truth are:
- Create a vision board. Align your intentions to what you desire. View this board daily as you pass it by and in meditation.
- Meditate, get clear. At least five minutes daily will attune you to your intuition and get clear messages.
- Take inspired action. As you meditate, you gain a strong pull and knowing of what you should do (if anything) regarding your current challenge or situation. Take that action. Sometimes, it’s hard to jump in, but in the end the result is far better than if you hadn’t take that action step. You received the guidance for a reason.
- Surrender to what is. Surrender to whatever you are meant to do, then let go.
- Get out in nature; connect to Source in this Powerful way. This brings everything into perspective once again. Breathe it in.
- Get out your healing gems (stones and crystals) while you meditate and attune to your desire. “Gemstones attune the energies and vibrations in your body and your space to align you with wellness and health. Hold them in your hands while you meditate, create a wellness altar space in your home, place them next to your bedside while you sleep. Carry them with you through the day.” ~ SageGoddess.com
- Aromatherapy: The sense of smell connects directly to your brain and channels your chi/energy. Look up essential oils and see what they mean. Retain the ones that you resonate with. See if you can go to a metaphysical store that has a few that you can test and smell. You’ll know the ones with the scent that calls to you. 8. Work your magickal spells to bring about a peace, harmony and/or positive outcome for the highest and best good of all always. (Do this with your tools that you resonate with. And when you reach the core of your ceremony feel the desired outcome to your core. Feel that energy of peace, harmony and/or positive outcome. Visualize it in your mind’s eye. Feel how it would feel. Be specific and focus only on what you want and by aligning with that frequency you receive the like frequency back to you.
Feed the right wolf and open up to the magic within you.

For the past 5 years I’ve had an negative entity attached to me (an intruder) and it came to me when I was at a very vulnerable state, I know where it came from and I remember the day it happened. This never happened to me before and it happened because of a friend I’m no longer in touch with anymore because of this. I used to feel its presence the minute I would go to bed, but because I was so quick at praying, after numerous tries, it then never came to me again. I thought it went away for a number of years but I realised it was actually still there, it pretended it went away and it was appearing in my dreams instead where I’m less able to make it go away (and the dreams would be very disturbing). Everytime I woke up, I feel heavily drained and have no energy for anything, I’m only in my late 20’s and I feel like I’m 70! I used to see these dreams every now and again but now it’s happening every night. It’s manipulating me as it’s giving me problems in my life and when I’m at my lowest point, it appears to want to ‘give me protection’ but I know it’s doing all of this just to steal my energy away by screwing up my life. None of this is pleasant at all. Now that I’m trying to seek help, it’s been appearing very angry with me in my dreams recently, it’s creating problems in me getting help but it’s getting weak in attacking me now.
Over these years I feel like my personality has changed, I miss the old me. I’m not sure the entity has altered my chakras and it probably knows me well enough to know how to bring unhappiness, I can’t remember the last time I was happy, I feel awkward around people, including friends and family, my relationships don’t last long, I used to get attention from guys before all of this happened but now I hardly get guys looking at me, I feel invisible. I can’t seem to get a job so it’s taken away my luck. I feel dull and numb. I can’t seem to be with anyone, something is making me want to be sad, lonely and feel self-pity but now I refuse to do so and want to be free from this misery.
A psychic told me that I have a weak aura and my aura has a hole in it too and this allowed the entity to come in. Now this entity doesn’t want me to marry anyone and it wants me all to itself. I was told that I need to strengthen my chakras and my aura to stay safe from other entities so they can bounce off when they try to come near me. This will help me live a happy normal life, which I am really eager to have. But I need to get rid of this entity I have first. In this past year I’ve learned a lot from this and I am willing to take drastic changes to change my life and my situation. I’ve started to meditate and I’ve decided to stop drinking as well. I’m focusing on becoming more positive and stronger than I’ve ever been and I will be using white sage smudge sticks on a weekly basis.
A psychic suggested I should start off by getting my past life energy cleaned out as it maybe something that followed me down to this life, and the entity attachment may all be karma related. I need to pull the cord out in other words and end this tiring experience.
So after a long search, I found a spiritual healing group and they offer energy clearing service, free of charge. They remove negative/bad energy, spiritual attachments, they also do spiritual house clearances and spiritual rescues (cross overs). The fact that it’s free of charge makes me know they will not rip me off. I will be going there next week. The only thing is, I don’t know how they send attachments away, if they fight it or if they comfort it and I don’t know if there’s a chance of it coming back. I also don’t know if they advise people how they can stay safe after the removal of an entity. I don’t know if what they will do is strong enough to rid the entity since mine has been attached to me for 5 years.
There’s also a shamanic practitioner I’ve found, I’m booked to see them in two weeks time. They charge £60. I thought looking into Shaman would be a good thing as I was told the practitioners don’t scare the spirits away, but rather they make them feel safe and send them off to a good place. He told me he had to check with his spirits first to see if they would be ok to help me or if my problem was unsafe, he said it’s rare of them to say no but he said he’d warn me just in case they do. He said he normally does this first as he doesn’t want to mess around with something that might become a danger to him. He also said that he wouldn’t want to waste my time and money. But he came back the next day and told me his spirits have accepted helping me.
I don’t think I can go with these two at the same time as I don’t want anything to go wrong, this is the first time I’m going to get someone to remove the entity. I am willing to protect myself after this. Which of these two do you think will be more effective and won’t give me problems later on? Many thanks!

Dear Aysh Aysh,
Thank you for your email. First, if it were me, I would go with both options. They will each tap different levels within you and your Soul. I agree that you need to get to DAILY chakra cleansings and GROUNDING too! It will be helpful to get back to meditating regularly as well. And before these meditations and several times a day, do grounding exercises and/or visualizations. Your feet can turn into tree roots going deep into the Earth where you can send the icky energy back down to the Earth for transmutation into pure light. Look into holding a grounding stone with you every day as often as possible. Stones and crystals are natural and of the Earth, just as we are, so we work amazingly well with stones. They enhance the energy within us. The stones that will help with your ground are: Black Tourmaline, Black Onyx, Hematite, etc. I like Black Tourmaline for its grounding, protective and healing qualities. But go to the stone(s) that resonates best with your energy. You will know. Call on ArchAngel Michael for protection. Also, you can use him daily or several times a day to sever all uninvited and negative cords and attachments from you and to you now. To remove an entity by sending it love is actually more challenging than going down to its level and try to “fear” it away. The entity feeds on fear and lower vibrations. So the more it can make you feel that and attract more of that to you, the better for it. But if you send it love and light, it begins to wither. It’s about taking back your power. Setting YOUR boundaries and tell it that it’s no longer allowed to be near you or your energy ever again. Just like we have to tell people in this 3D reality to back off and set our boundaries with them, the same is what we do in the spirit realm.
Have you meditated with the entity and asked what messages it has for you and why it is there? You said you already know how it started and why. Trust that. Do the work behind whatever that situation was and tell the entity you have the messages you needed to get from this experience and you are sending it on its way.
The more you raise your vibrations, be happy, thinking happy you attract happy, you uplift your vibrations and only that lighter frequency/vibration is attracted to you. Mind your thoughts. Be diligent and you can do it for a lifetime. It gets easier and easier. Here is my article on Law of Attraction and Entities that I hope helps you further as well.

Yoga Pose of the Month
Downdog Slits with Core Shakti Kicks

Downdog Splits with Core Shakti Kicks is another of my favorite poses to practice, as well as teach in my classes. In Downdog Splits we get an awesome hamstring stretch and all along the entire leg. It feels good to open up that hip flexor as well. It’s one of my *yummy* poses. You know those poses that make you say “ahhhh”. This is one of the many! 🙂 Downdog splits pose is great for aligning the spine, elongating the back, legs and arms, as well as relieve stress, calm the brain, improve digestion and more. This pose can really open up the chest and heart as well.
Practicing Core Shakti Kicks from here is another amazing flow that allows you to tap into your breath awareness, as well as work on your core. Our core is our foundation for all movement, so it’s helpful to keep it healthy and keep it strong. Core Shakti Kicks strengthens and tones your abdominals, waist and oblique’s (most especially when you take your knee over to either elbow rather than the center line). This Vinyasa variation is also a part of the Core Sun Salutation sequence.
Directions on how to come into the pose:
Begin in Child’s pose (knees on ground, slide hips back to meet heels and rest head on mat). Then slowly rise up, keep hands on mat slightly forward from shoulders and knees under hips. Begin to lift your knees off the mat and straighten the legs making an inverted V position with your body (DownDog). Push up up up through the tailbone. Allow your heels to reach for the mat, even if only as the intention of reaching towards the mat. No air bubbles in those hands, fingers wide and hands shoulder width apart. Feet are hip distance. Shoulders are wide and back and away from the ears. Press the chest down as if reaching for your thighs, open the heart. Lift high from the tailbone to the sky. Elongate the spine and feel the stretch. Breathe deeply. Allow your head to hang loose and drink your breath.
Then lift the right leg up towards the sky. This can be hip level or higher. If you cannot straighten the leg, that’s okay. It’s all about your flexibility. In time your leg will get straighter and straighter and higher. Honor the wisdom of your body and go to your level today. Elongate your leg, while maintaining this three-legged dog. Enjoy this stretch.
Next, inhale while in splits. Exhale, three Core Shakti kicks to the center. Bend right knee in towards your belly, as you round up your spine, perhaps lifting the knee further into your belly and having the intention of the navel coming in towards the spine. As you do this simultaneously you may further come up onto the ball of your left foot and more weight shifts into the toes. Inhale right leg back up into splits, exhale knee in. Finishing 3-5 Core Shakti Kicks with leg lifted back into Splits. The second Core Shakti Kick option is to take your right knee in, then under your body and over towards the left elbow for a twist. 3-5 repetitions and meeting back up into splits. The third Core Shakti Kick option is to bring your knee over towards the outside right elbow, engaging more deeply the waist and oblique’s. 3-5 repetitions.
Lower the leg back into Downdog. Go to the other side and lift into Downdog splits to your level. Each side may react differently to flexibility and level. In time, this may balance out as you practice.
Then to come out, drop the leg down into your DownDog. From there, perhaps you can drop your knees down onto the mat and slide your hips back to your heels, coming back into Child’s pose. Rest here. Slide your hands up to your knees sitting up and roll out your wrists. This variation works a lot in the wrists, so it’s helpful to loosen them up and release the tension.
Another modification variation of this pose is to do your Core Shakti Kicks from Table pose. Table pose is simply, lowering your knees to the mat from Downdog, aligning wrists under shoulders and knees under hips to begin. Spine is nice and elongated. Or you may choose to modify one step further and take your forearms down to that mat (particularly if you have wrist issues). Always options and progress at your own pace. 🙂 From here you can flow into your Core Shakti Kicks as described above.
When not to do this pose or to modify/Contraindications:
Be leery of practicing this pose if you have wrist issues or carpal tunnel syndrome or symptom of Diarrhea. And it’s not recommended to do this pose if you are in your late-term of pregnancy. If you have high blood pressure or a headache, try to modify this pose by supporting your head on a bolster or block, ears level between the arms.
