New Beginnings. 🙂 As I mentioned in my previous newsletter, I have a few new offerings hovering close to the surface getting ready to be available for you. My Akashic Record Readings: a very deep immersion into your soul that also offers deep energy clearings as well coming very soon! And yes, so very soon my 200-hr. Yoga Teacher Training will be offered! However, a surprise came to the Anderson household only a few short weeks ago that took much of my time away from completing the finishing touches on my offerings. A good thing for sure! We are moving into a new home at the end of this month. This home just fell in our laps without us even looking for it. The Divine said it’s time to take advantage of something new! The synchronicities around moving into this home are so many! Very exciting. As the packing and moving into our new home comes to a close, I will keep you posted on these new offering.
Also, very exciting news: I am now offering TWO new Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes a week! I am teaching each Wednesday morning at NRG Lab in Mansfield, MA from 5:30a.m. to 6:30a.m. (members only) and also every Saturday morning (except the last Saturday of the month) at She Breathes Balance in Walpole, MA from 7:15a.m. to 8:30a.m. ($10 for members & $20 for non-members). Both studios are so very beautiful and I feel very blessed to be teaching at these new locations. I do hope to see you there if you are local to the area! 🙂

Inspire You Article
This year more than ever before it seems that our Divine expression is screaming to get out. This is a 9 year and in numerology the number 9 means completion. Many folks have finalized one or many chapters in their lives and are prepped for something new. And magically the Universe is bringing the NEW to them! Or so it seems. It’s just that you’ve finally completed things on your “to do” list energetically and therefore created the vacuum for the Universe to rush in with what you’ve been manifesting for years. Those things you’ve been wishing and hoping would happen. They are happening now. And the more you say yes, the more you answer with action and things that align you with those wishes, the more the Universe aligns with you and what you wish. It’s happening. I’m watching it happen in my life and many others around me.
It’s all about our expressing or voice. We must finally realize our UNIQUE voice and express that. THAT is where the money is anyway. We must be ourselves. That is what the Universe is calling for us to BE – our unique authentic self. When we are more of the true authentic person we are we attract so much more of what we desire to us WITH EASE!
Our Throat Chakra is our Communication Chakra; sky blue in color, located in our throat. Your ability to communicate on the physical plain, as well as the spiritual plain comes from this chakra. This chakra is about finding your voice and expressing your inner truth and authentic creative expression. This is the theme this month for me.
Little tip: If you’re looking for clients for what you have to offer, then be authentic. YOUR right students and clients come to you for YOU; not what you think they want to see or hear. They want YOU and are your energetic match to what you have to offer them. So BE YOU for them and for yourself. When you do that, you automatically attract more clients to you for what you are desiring to offer. Because you are living life in the flow. Life doesn’t have to be hard, unless you think it should be. You can live in the flow, be yourself and be more peaceful through the ups and downs and waves of live.
Live an Authentic Life.
That which you are is a gift to this world. The gift given to you is the ability to share yourself with everyone you meet.
Living authentically is sometimes very easy and other times a challenge. There is a fine line between telling it how it is and be utterly cruel. There is a kind way to speak your truth when the call to do so occurs. There are times when you should listen to your gut and share your heart felt feelings and there are times when it is best to remain silent. Still. And allow what will be to be. Allow others their experience as you sit blissfully silent in your own unique experience.
Being authentic is becoming aware of your truest self to the core. A natural progression can get you to your true self. My heart tells me what I need to do. I share with you that we must stop listening to what others think about us. Stop only receiving validation from the outside and look within. Every time I look within, I truly feel more validation from Self…mmm… even beyond validation to truth and bliss and surrender. And things I don’t like are there, but I am doing my best to be truthful to that mirror. I know I ignore and resist at times. And as I get these reminders over and over I resist less and less and become more aware, more mindful. Even now I wonder of what you, who are reading this, might think of my inner process and writings. Will it be felt as my truth? It feels like truth at this moment. More surrendering, breathing and being reminds me that it’s all divine. No matter what. And so, I breathe.
It’s time to live in your truth, integrity and bliss. Be your authentic self. Not what anyone else wants you to be. Don’t change. Don’t change for someone else, but only if changing is what’s call to YOU for your own evolution. It’s all about your bliss barometer! What makes you feel good is your path to your authentic blissful self. Just because social conditionings have said certain actions or ways of living aren’t “normal” doesn’t mean it’s not a part of YOUR path. You could be one of the few that brings out a better way of living simply by following your bliss barometer. Be open to new possibilities that truly awaken your path to live life to your fullest! Shine your inner light now!
I desire living a life that is spiritual, meaningful, authentic and blissful. One that brings me to the depths of the divine soul itself; a deep spiritual connection. So even in writing my book (that is now in its editing stages) I have been constantly tested to be authentic and truthful in my writing. These articles and the book I am writing are my learning ground. I have caught myself many times writing what I thought people would like to hear rather than writing from MY HEART and MY AUTHENTIC SELF. So I have deleted a lot of text throughout the writing process of my book, simply because I realized it wasn’t me. Being authentic means no more artificial smiles or self-centered purposes. Pay attention to inner qualities. That is being authentic.
Now being authentic will not make everyone happy. Those people are feeling uncomfortable in their own skin watching your authentic self. This is their issue. They will get angry and mean or spiteful. Again, stay within your true divine self. It’s time. You do not need another’s approval in order to follow your dreams and live in your truth.
Likewise, be aware of what is pushing your buttons. As others live their true divine self this holiday season there may be many times where you want to blow a gasket and scream or cry. This is the mirror they are showing you. It’s within you to learn the lessons of another’s Divine expression. Our relatives may get on our last nerve, but sit back in the witness state instead. Ask yourself why. Really ponder and witness. Surrender to the emotion rather than run wild with it or resist it. Allow it to be there so you can find the truth that comes from it.
Living your truth is also allowing you to go deeper within your soul, one beautiful step at a time. Denise Linn says it best here, “I’m examining ways, within myself, to speak straight from the heart as much as possible in every situation (but in a way that is kind). I have found that when I communicate my truth with joy, clarity and focus (and the willingness to allow folks the opportunity to respond in whatever way feels right to them without judging them for their reaction) my relationships flourish.”
Feel the truth of your soul that lies within. Express it as you are called. Share your Divine expression as that is your gift of giving to the world. Give thanks for who *you* are because you *are* a gift. Blessings.

A few years ago I had awakened my Kundalini energy and I was not readdy. I went through many weird symptoms and I still feel it to this day. I’m sort of stuck in between, I can’t meditate. It’s just too much for me at that moment. I can feel panic, terror, fear etc. I think I need to heal first. But how can I know if there’s any entities influencing me? Sometimes i’m really not sure. Cause in my past I have experienced breathing next to me, etc. Now it’s ok, but I don’t know what to do with my life and I’m 30 years old. And sometimes I think that something prevents me to be myself or maybe it’s just my ego, my own thoughts, etc. How can I know the difference? Thank you!
You pose an interesting, yet very real, question! It’s truly a life experience to know who we truly are at the very core of our being. The world; all the people; we are a connected as one. Though right now, we are living in separate bodies to experience God/Universe as itself and to re-awaken to our divine light once again. But we still feel it. We still feel that connection. We feel others feelings and desires on some level. Empaths feel them even more than your average person. When your Kundalini awakens it awakens that empathic connection as well. If it’s a balanced awakening you’ll be able to meditate your way through it. If the awakening came on too quick, that TOO is perfect for YOUR experience. Perhaps you wished it to happen so much that it happened too quickly. Or perhaps you were meant to experience this striking awakening now for reasons we can possibly fathom till later in life or when we cross over. But what you need to do now to gain back better balance is to GROUND.
Grounding yourself is HUGE. This grounding will help you through so much. I know meditating is too much for you, but grounding is key to releasing the excess energy Kundalini creates and gets you back to balance within yourself over time. Visualize yourself as a tree and send those roots through your feet to the Earth. Feel the excess chaotic energy flowing out your body into the Earth for transmutation. Or send that same energy through your hands into the Earth by touching grass or visualizing touch grass and sending the energy down. Walking will help ground you. Eating meat will also help. Exercising, Yoga and/or Tai Chi, etc. are also great for grounding you.
The other key factor to a crazy Kundalini awakening is to surrender. Let go. Give it up. Release it. Truly. Just allow the energies to do what they may and the symptoms go away much faster and smoother. You can communication with your Kundalini (your Divine essence) and set aside time each day to do this releasing practice. You can ask that the symptoms are allowed to be present but only during this time you set aside (before work or after, etc.). The more consistent you stay with the time you set aside, the better it will get day by day.
Also, as you open up too fast, you open up your psychic awareness as well. It’s dropping that veil and allowing what will come in without setting boundaries. So set your boundaries for those other beings from across the veil. Let them know that you are not open for business and they must leave. When you’ve found more grounding and balance you may choose communicate with the other side or other beings of light, but you’ll do it first by calling in your guides/angels/God of your choosing/Universe and surround yourself with white light to set boundaries for a positive and uplifting experience. The more you practice with this the more discernment will come to you on what is really your thoughts and what is not. But first get yourself back to center to decide if that’s your path.
Our identity is always evolving. You just happen to have a miracle of a blank slate floating in and out of your existence. Try to see the blessing and see what you can do with feeling more at one. In your awakening, there will be “dark nights of the soul”. These nights or days include the identity crisis. It will pass. I’ve written extensively about Kundalini in my second book, Divine Embrace. This may also help you along your path to peace.

Yoga Pose of the Month

Eagle pose is great for opening up the back, working with the shoulders and really strengthening the legs, knees and ankles. This pose can relieve cramps of the legs. Many benefits are held in this balance pose. As you hold this pose you feel your strength. Find peace and quiet the mind. Everything is inside. Your power is expanded upon while you maintain this pose.
Directions on how to come into the pose:
Stand in the powerful Mountain Pose. Feet walking distance apart. Straight, activated arms and legs, good posture. From here begin to bend your left knee and bring your right thigh over right left knee. From here you can keep it modified as you sit back and place your foot on the floor or you can bind your right foot around the lower left calf as you see here in the image to the right. Balancing on the left foot. Then while sitting back in this position, you can wrap your right arm under the left arm and bind your wrists so palms are touching. If binding is a challenge and for those with wrist issues you may simple allow your forearms to come together with palms facing each other. Now from here take your bound arms and allow the elbows to stretch out away from your body and lift up. Shoulders are over your hips here. Hold here and breathe. Challenge yourself by sitting lower. Challenge yourself even more by coming into a bound forward fold, nice and slow and gracefully rising back up in this position. Another challenge is to simply close eyes and maintain good balance. Come out and switch sides after a few breaths. Do this a few times on each side. The more you practice this you will be able to maintain good balance in this pose for a good few minutes or longer. 🙂
When not to do this pose or to modify/Contraindications:
Those with knee issues may find this pose challenging. To start use the modification I’ve offered above. The more you practice this and other yoga poses you will strengthen your knees again and be able to eventually come into this full pose. Don’t rush yourself. Just honor the wisdom of your body always.
