Sun Salutations
Below are three options of variations of Sun Salutations (vinyasa’s). The first two are the most common to utilize and incorporate into a full Vinyasa Yoga Flow practice:
- Sun Salutation A
(not a full yoga sequence) - Sun Salutation B
(not a full yoga sequence) - Moon Salutation
(not a full yoga sequence) - Core Sun Salutation
(not a full yoga sequence) - Five Tibetan Rites
(The Ancient Secret to the Fountain of Youth)
Mini-Vinyasa’s
Make your Vinyasa sequence sizzle with these mini-Vinyasa’s:

Sequences will be added slowly over time. These sequences are sequences that I have developed over my teaching career thus far and are constantly evolving and changing. I hope you enjoy the variety! If time allows in the future, I will begin to include youtube videos of these sequences. Enjoy your diservified yoga practice! 🙂 Please see my Yoga Poses page for more indepth detail on each pose. I will not always go into great detail for each pose but rather give you an idea of a sequence that you can work on. So researching each pose will really assist you with a deeper yoga practice.
